Osa holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a BA from the University of Arkansas, graduating with summa cum laude honors both times. She has traveled throughout the world and has always been involved in the community in many different ways volunteering with the CASA program in Maricopa County advocating for children in the foster case system, serving on the board of directors for the Swedish School of Phoenix, a school that she, together with associates founded in 2005, serving on the board of directors for both the Sweden America Chamber of commerce and the Swedish Women’s Educational Association.
