Helping Every Buyer Find the Right Home
Osa approaches every client in search of a new home with the goal of helping that person find a home that matches their financial situation while meeting their lifestyle choices.
Osa’s desire and ability to listen to her clients before hitting the pavement helps her to find the right community, neighborhood and house quickly and successfully.
To make it happen, Osa meets first with her clients to learn about their hobbies, lifestyle preferences, family situations, and special requirements. Knowing how a family lives helps Osa select the best-fit properties within any given price range, preview potential homes, and finally narrow the options to a short list that will make good use of her client’s time and energy.
Osa’s approach to home-finding means more up-front work for her but reduces the amount of time buyers need to spend driving from house to house only to discover that the neighborhood, the noise level, or the school district is unacceptable.
“I’ve moved several times myself,” explains Osa, “and I know that looking at 20 homes in 10 or 12 different communities in one day is not effective. It’s tiring and confusing for someone who is in the midst of making a very important life decision. I eliminate that from our process by listening to my clients, understanding their needs, doing my homework, and previewing homes and neighborhoods for every client I serve.”
Once the right home is found, Osa brings her extensive financial background to the table to help her clients set a fair price, negotiate a good deal, secure favorable financing and get moved in. As a result, Osa’s buyer clients consistently find themselves enjoying new homes in communities they love.
